Bob Talbot » Owner
Originally from the coast of Maine, Bob relocated to Bluffton, SC in 2017. He has over 30 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience with such corporations as Cendant Corporate Relocation in Dallas, Texas, GMAC Global Relocation in Liberty Corner, New Jersey and Countrywide Home Loans in Boston, Massachusetts. Most recently Bob worked as a client liaison and project manager for Phi Builders + Architects in Rockport, Maine. Having this vast background and making the transition into Property Management seemed to be a natural one. Bob earned his Property Manager in Charge license in 2017. He loves his new life in the Lowcountry and takes advantage of investigating the area as much as possible. He is game for any new adventure and enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking, camping and of course the beautiful area beaches.
Pati Burgess » Property Manager
Formally from Wisconsin, Pati relocated to Bluffton with her husband Mike in 2007. Her professional background is in business management with a degree in Accounting. Over the years Pati transitioned the emphasis of her business management experience into real estate and property management. She became a licensed property manager with the state of South Carolina in 2013. Pati has also held a real estate and broker’s license in Wisconsin and real estate license in Florida. Pati loves the low country life, enjoying fitness activities, the beach, her two daughters and her new grandchildren.
James Barger » Leasing Assistant
James first began his Administrative Assisting career for Countrywide Home Loans in Dallas, Texas, where it all started in the real estate world for him. Later a relocation moved James to Boston, where he worked for a real estate appraisal firm as their Office Manager. He wanted to expand his education in Business Management further and attended Marian Court College in Swampscott, Massachusetts. James graduated with an Associate’s Degree and immediately put it to work. He has since been the Executive Assistant to Dream Local Digital a virtual marketing firm and most recently the office manager for the Hilton Head Area Realtors Association.
Like most of us these days, we all have a second life outside our daily jobs; his second act is fashion. James likes reading about color, fit, fabrics, and design. For James, fashion is enriching, as it has so much history. He genuinely enjoys helping others to maximize their appearance and confidence. He believes in enriching his craft by reading books and always practicing his art. He loves to camp, hike, bike, snowshoe, cross country ski, and enjoys life to the fullest.
